“Lovely quality product but a poor fit for a slim and tall lady. Quick delivery but a pain to return as i dont have a printer! its annoying when you pay a decent price for an item but they dont send a return label! also nothing about returns in the confirmation email so you have to go on the website to find out - all a bit of a faff!”

“Bought two pairs for an impending visit to Iceland for me and other half; the seaboot socks were big so kept the smaller ones and retuned the larger ones. Glad kept them as they were lovely on my feet and passed the working from home without the heating being on test. Next test will be Iceland.”

“I was persuaded to take the plunge with a Beerenberg after seeing the glowing reviews and knowing the history. Was slightly unsure of sizing and found the colour choices slightly confusing online. — Im 5ft 11 and 83kg and a 43inch chest. Sometimes Im a large and in other brands a medium. The Beale large was good - slightly baggy - which probably means I’ll never grow out of it. If I was in a shop I would have tried the Medium too for a slightly more fitted look. Maybe next time? - I returned the Ecru for Welsh Light Grey as it suited me better. I’ll keep it but I’m still wondering if one of the other colours might have been even more perfect? Maybe AB could allow you to buy tiny small swatches of the actual wool, so you could choose your perfext colour rather than ordering and despatching and possibly returning full jumpers. - Yes, it itches but only slightly. I reckon you’d only notice this 2-3 times in an hour. It kind of reminds you that you are not wearing a normal jumper! - Would have preferred not to have the little AB badge sewed so prominently on the arm. I get that it needs to be branded somewhere to be recognised but would have thought a hem would be better. At least for me. Ive worn it once so far and am very happy so far. Send me another survey in a year! Thanks a lot!”

“Socks were long enough and big enough for my big feet , I suffer with cold feet all the time. I did purchase a pair couple of years ago in comparison these are a lot thinner , maybe different style but I prefer the thicker socks.”
