“Customer service excellent, unfortunately the wrong size jumper was sent, however emailed me back and correct size sent out and arrived the following day in time for Xmas . The jumper was a Xmas present for my husband who is absolutely thrilled with it, lovely warm and soft. Thank you for for quick delivery and response when things went slightly wrong.”

“So I've bought the woolen Ecru Beanie for my boyfriend. It looks ok, it has some special place for ears, talking about the cut. It's a bit pointy around that ear area. But most importantly, after a cold night, my boyfriend did complain that his ears were freezing in that hat. That is surprisingly sad.”
