It is very difficult to log in to the website, I had problems many times, live chat does not work, the phone is not active, I was able to reach them after many calls, I was going to exchange the order, but it is frustrating to make transactions through such a troublesome website, so I did not continue anything, I canceled everything.

The coats are of a very poor quality, they aren't even worth half of what we paid. Very disappointing.

I hate reviews you forced this on me. If you want to ask for reviews this should be an opt in at the time of purchase I see it as unsolicited email spamming trying to create more sales shame on you

The product arrived dusty with price sticker on it which was showing a cheaper price!! The item only kept my husbands coffee hot for about 3hrs out on the golf course.

How can I be happy when my sweater delivery is overdue including a supposed driver attempt at delivering it as pure fiction as I was in when he claims to have tried to deliver it. What is going on??????????????????

I placed an order almost two weeks ago a clock as a birthday gift for yesterday. Today 1st Oct it hasn’t arrived and Ihaven’t rec an update, therefore I can’t give a review. I am very disappointed

I placed and paid for an order on 2nd. June, 2022. I have not been contacted, advised by or been able to get a response from Arthur Beale. Absolutely no service what-so-ever, no help and clearly no concern. PAID IN FULL FOR NOTHING! I would never use Arthur Beale ever again. I would never recommend Arthur Beale to anyone, ever! I have e-mailed, sent WhatsApp text and had a nil response, not even an auto acknowledgement. I can't telephone as there is a recorded message saying everyone is busy. The live chat is not working either. Sounds like a sinking ship to me. What an un-helpful, un-caring, un-interested chandler! Do not use this company if you don't want to see your money disappear!
