Not impressed, very loose fit, and I’ve got a big head! And the way the seams have been done it makes the shape look odd

On returning my Beerenberg pullover (it was much too tight) I was extremely unhappy to discover that Arthur Beale, in contrast to other companies from whom I purchase, does not provide a free returns label. The high postage cost has ensured that I shall not be purchasing clothing from Arthur Beale in future as - understandably - I would not want to risk a repeat of such a waste of money and especially as I was given the impression on the telephone that having to return an item was no problem (not for Arthur Beale, obviously). From the number of 'Sold Out' items on your website Arthur Beale appears to be doing very well and I consider it ungenerous of the company to begrudge a free returns label. Your refund to me of the postage cost would be appreciated.

Great service and great response. Only issue is I ordered 4mm shackle to match the 4mm I’ve already got but it came in as 3mm🤔. Should’ve gone for a 5 mm. 🙁

The glasses look great and are really well designed and well priced. I ordered two pairs but unfortunately one pair was damaged and they had to be returned. I’m waiting to see what level of customer service I receive in processing an exchange. Good, but not great just yet….

I purchased two polo shirts. I ordered XXL but sadly these shirts come up exceptionally small so were useless for me but my wife is happy with them as they fit her nicely. Sizing really needs to be realistic.

Good product, exactly what I wanted however, in this day and age delivery should be faster or at least meet the projected time when selected at checkout. Took just under a week to arrive.

Nice cap,as described, adjustable, good fit, very happy with it. Postage via Royal mail just does not work well. Its tracked (which you pay for) but takes a long time, much slower than Amazon etc... but delivery looks like this and you only realise its arrived when someone else comes home, nobody rings the bell and as you've been in all day you can be sure. Nice cap, but not the delivery. Not really Arthur Beale's problem, but I would not want to order by royal mail again as this has happened before with recorded delivery, and if younlivebon a busy road its not ideal....

I just hope you're not turning into a company that has everything except what you need unless of course, you need a jumper. I also hope you're modelling yourself on your founding principles of providing the best equipment to the discerning explorer and yachtsman and not on Nauticalia.

Ordering and delivery was straightforward and on time. Have given a poor review simply because I feel the Ensign Beanie Hat is too large. Is fine around the circumference but I didn’t like the way the seam sticks up at the top. I have returned the item. One of the risks of ordering on line I guess. Whilst it looked good in the photos and quality is good, the design just didn’t suit.

Received the arctic socks very speedily. I still have a pair from 1986 whilst serving in Norway with the Royal Marines, they’re still going strong today, even after 36 years. Disappointed they had no Devold Nansen beanie hats in-stock, would like to have had one for the winter. Hopefully after Xmas.

I have received two of these reviews to do. But I have not had reply to the email I sent a week ago in regards a faulty product. I have tried ringing on numerous occasions and all I get is the message you are extremely busy with other calls. So review I will do for all to see. The product I bought appeared at first just as I hoped, on further inspection there was a hole in the product due to faulty stitching. I have tried to resolve this but you are obviously too busy selling and advertising on instagram to pay people to do quality work and get the customer experience right.

I got 3 pairs if them oiled wool socks. They're warm, but don't expect a modern athletic fit- I should have probably chosen the smaller size... oh well, they're good enough to sleep in.

Unfortunately the mug I ordered was not available for several months and I decided to update the order to one of the enamel tumblers of which I already have. When you do get a delivery in, let me know so I can order the item I want.
