“The swarvoski photo frame I ordered was cracked when delivered. The response was brilliant. I received new frame in the next post and a full refund for the postage paid on returning the damaged item.”

“Extremely happy with the watch I purchased it was just what I was looking for . It was such a good price a lot cheaper than many high street jewellers that looked at . “Had been looking for a particular pair of earrings for a Christmas present, The lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful going out of the way to see if they had these in stock. Delivery was excellent arrived on time. I would not hesitate recommend this shop. When I am next in Manchester I will go to visit and see what other goodies they have.
