“I was very happy with the two men who did a great job on my tree very professional and hard working would recommend Artemis to anyone who is concerned about there trees and garden Thankyou gentlemen very warm today but you kept going .”

“Having used Artemis Tree Services for many years I was not disappointed by the recent visit to give my trees a 'haircut'. The men did a very good job, consulting me at all stages to ensure I was satisfied with their work. I would happily recommend them.”

“I have been using Artemis tree services for quite some time now and there work has always been carried out to an incredible standard. The ladies and gents are incredible in the office and communication is 10/10. They are due to come to me in a few weeks to prune my walnut tree and remove a few smaller trees. This is going to be the 5th time using them and I will keep using them for the foreseeable future.”

“Artemis were contracted to provide tree services to our development over 2 days in February 2026. The work comprised 3 distinct parts, 2 of which were small and carried out ok, although one part was not completed in the 2 days and had to be re-scheduled. However, the third job, the major part of the work, which involved cutting back trees overhanging our property to a fence line using a cherry picker and cutters on poles was not completed on a rescheduled 4th day. To make matters worse, although their instructions were to cut back only to the fence line, they actually cut back a tree not in our property in a way that can only be described as vandalism. Although the owner/director of Artemis came and acknowledged the failure to complete the job after 3 days, he refused to come and discuss what was done on the fourth day which we were unhappy about. As a result we refused to pay 15% of the invoice cost for the third job. Instead of coming to see us to discuss our issues with the work undertaken, they threatened us with a debt recovery agency. Under no circumstances would we ever use this company again. To anyone looking to use them for anything other than a simple job, I would say make sure you get in writing, fully, everything you expect from them because it seems that if they fail to complete the job in the time quoted they consider this extra work. (I have all the correspondence to prove this).”

“Everything was very professional from the quotation to the carrying out the work and all the paperwork (including my last minute request for an additional tree to be included in the work). “I have used Artemis Tree Service for very many years. The quote is always accurate, The Team arrived on time. They worked well together on ongoing garden maintenance, cutting back large shrubs and bushes. They were friendly and very professional The garden was cleared when they left.”

“The Team at Artemis worked with great skill and care to remove a huge diseased double trunk Ash tree in our garden, which overhung the house and conservatory. They were professional, polite, tidy and safe throughout, taking great care of the garden and premises. Tom was highly expert in planning, dexterity and execution of the work to bring down the sections and the Team on the ground worked together to ensured they came down safely with control. I highly recommend Artemis for their professionalism, high standards and expertise.”

“Used Artemis a few times now to cut our trees here at Beech Lodge as they were under the preservation order and over our neighbours garden. Communication from the quote to the neighbour consent forms to contacting the local council for permission for the tree to be cut was smooth and completed with no problems. They came on time and were very polite and professional. They carried out the job well. I did want the hedge cut down a little more however they said they could only do what they had on their schedule. This was a little disappointing. However would be the first company to use if I had and tree or hedge works again.”
