Thanks for taking the time to leave a review We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try other brands next time if the ones you ordered were not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brands you chose were some of our best sellers, that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better - its all doen to personal preference Just to reassure you and anyone reading this, we only buy from manufacturers and do not sell "knock offs " as you suggested. December was indeed perhaps the worst year ever for delivery issues as a result of the knock on effect of the Postal Strike; I genuinely think we had more parcels to chase in December than the whole of 2022, as did any organisation sending parcels !! Your patience & understanding was very much appreciated. Things are sort of back to normal now which is a huge relief - im confident if you order from us again, this time the delivery will go without a hitch !!
