“Received product in Canada on 1 Nov, but Canada customs is either short staffed or swamped so product wasn't released to me until 14 Nov. Ordered three different products and one caught my attention "Amsterdam". The marketing scheme is "ultra strong" but doesn't live up to that so don't bother with that purchase.”

Obviously the customs delay in your country was entirely out of our control as im sure you will apprecaite, neither yourself or we could have anticpated this.
Amsterdam is one of our best selling products and usually gets good reviews sorry it was not to your liking

We turn orders around the same day in most cases & the majority of deliveries are madein a timely manner, albeit challenges for all online sites in recent months given the increased industrial action by one major delivery operator, which then makes the courier companies super busy - its great despite this backdrop in the UK currently that you have had speedy deliveries

As per your invoice details, we give an approximate timeline for your country at the other side of the world of 7-14 working days and whilst we are nearly at that point there is still time for your parcel to be delivered. We emailed you your tracking details approx 20 mins after you placed your order so that you could check progress of the parcel at anytime.
its 10.30pm in the UK as i write this reply and so we will check your tracking details in the morning and email you the tracking link again also. Given the time that has lapsed i woould expect your order will be delivered any day now.

“Yeah in my recent order was quick and safe delivery unfortunately there is an issue with one of the bottles as opened it and there was absolutely nothing no effect so a bit dissapointed and opened another which was not too bad but not as strong as the similar bottle. Usually never had a problem but wont be ordering that one again.”

Apologies if one of the bottles was "half full" , we must have missed this when packing; we will contact you directly re this.
I have checked our inbox & junk/bulk mail folders and 100% we have not recieved an email from you, not sure if you maybe didnt type the email address correctly or maybe the email is sat in your drafts ? ( as can be seen on previous replys from us, we wear our hearts on our sleeves and if we had made an error & missed replying to a customers email we say so, as rare as it is)
I can see you placed your orer at around 6am and we packed and dropped it at the couriers parcel shop at around 10am on 10th Oct & it was delivered on the 14th October, so not a bad delivery timeline. We strive to get orders out the same day they are recieived, as indeed we did with your order and take pride in this.
