We posted your order at around 9-30am on 17th August approx 2 hours after you placed it as we pride ourselves on turning orders around very quickly.
In recent weeks even before the Royal Mail strike action we have found that first class post has been considerably slower than historically it has been in the past, on occasion taking almost a week to be delivered and other times next day - there is no consistency whatsover. We are consistent however in spending orders out very quickly after they are received.
If any customer wants an express delivery ie the next day, we do offer the Special Delivery option which is very popular & should they not deliver the next day we can refund the special delivery cost.

“as usual, the order process was easy, and the product was shipped quickly.
However, now, the shipping is done by yodel, and it took 1 week to arrive. This is a very bad reduction of service levels.”

You placed your order at 2-30PM on Friday 12th August and it was delivered 3 working days ( 5 calendar days ) later on Wednesday 17th August, so the order was delivered in well under a week - im not trying to split hairs rather think its important any reviews left are accurate & balanced.
Remember there is always the choice of first class post or next day special delivery which tends to be quicker.

As a small business, we strive to get all orders placed dispatched the same day in order to expedite the time it takes for our customers to receive their orders, we don't allow parcels to accumulate until the end of the day we drop them off several times a day

“Appalling. Order not arrived in 10 days after it was placed. Emailed to highlight this. Response was a link to Yodel stating order is in transit and this would be followed up. Still waiting for either order to arrive, new order to be sent or a refund. Would recommend this site is avoided!”

Firstly apologies for the issues with your delivery being lost by the courier
When I responded to your original email the reason I attached the tracking link ( as per the note in the accompanying email ) was so that you could see we had dispatched the order you placed on Sunday at 9-30am Monday when we dropped it at the courier's parcel shop ie we had sent the order out very quickly.
Now unfortunately after my initial response to your email on Saturday evening whilst I was out for a meal, I forgot to make a note for myself on my phone to check the tracking again Monday AM ( this was human error on my part APOLOGIES ). I explained that we have seen a few parcels recently appear not to move in the early days of transit and then change to " out for delivery ", hence me wanting to check on Monday AM as it was post 5PM saturday when we exchanged emails.
Again apologies I forgot to make a note to check the tracking on the Monday. Customers can be assured we always respond to emails even way past what may be considered as traditional hours & always follow up, on this occasion however this human ie myself dropped a clanger re checking the tracking again after weekend for the aforementioned reason. I am pleased however you picked up with my colleague whilst I was on holiday last week and that we issued a refund for you no quibble at all.

We do advise on ordering that the courier option takes approx 3-5 working days to be delivered, so apologies that your delivery timeline was towards the end of this estimation. While it was within the timeline advised we appreciate you would have preferred a quicker delivery.
You placed your order at approx 8-30am Friday & we dropped your order off at the courier's ParcelShop an hour later 9-30am, so we did everything possible to ensure your order started its journey quickly after you placed your order with us.
