we communicated regualrly in relation to your delayed order - we sent out the same day it was recieved as the couriers tracking provided clearly shows - unfortunatelly the tracking stopped updating and it looks like in the christmas chaos of millions of additional parcels going through courier networks that would have usaually gone via royal mail, they lost your single bottle order, this can sometimes happn as the parcels for a one bottle order are quite small. We offered you the opportunity of resending the order or a refund as we pride ourselves on great customer service, its so dissapointing when we bust a gut to send orders out the same day they are plaaced & then a delivery partner lets us both down - another benefit of tracking is that you can clearly see how quickly we dispatched the order.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and apologies your order was not delivered quite as quickly as we both would have liked
Unfortunately the Royal Mail strike action in December, often 2 days a week, saw courier companies processing millions of additional items within their networks that would have usually gone via Royal Mail. Our delivery timeline of 1-3 days is only an approximate guide of the timeline, in fairness, this is usually quite accurate with the odd exception & given the activity in the UK parcel delivery sector in December it just wasn't possible to project an accurate timeline to any degree.
The benefit of the Couriers tracking system is that it clearly shows the order you placed on Sunday we sent with them on Monday at 7-37am ie we did not delay. Unfortunately, the parcel was delayed in transit mid-week due to the millions of extra parcels in their network as was featured on the news almost daily and was not delivered until Saturday. We used the same courier as M&S who also encountered delays, no company or website was spared and I appreciate your frustration and dissatisfaction, as we felt the same and we could not influence it or change it in any way.
The good news as I write this reply on 14/1/23 is that this week we have seen some normality in the home delivery sector, with the 3 companies we use for deliveries all delivering far quicker than in December, many parcels have been delivered the next day when sent on a standard delivery service.
Apologies again for the delays we all suffered in December as consumers from the delivery companies as i experienced delays similar to yours for purchases I made online so fully appreciate how annoying it is.
thanks for ordering from us and its great for us to be able to update you that we commence the year with much-improved service from the delivery companies. We can't improve on the time it takes us to send orders out im afraid as we are quicker than lightning!!
