“A complete scam. Basically 3 bottles of what can only be described as heavily watered down rubbing alcohol. Shameful. Will be using my fairly large platform to warn others about your shame product”

We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try another brand next time if the one you ordered was not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brands you chose were some of our best sellers, that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better. It is also possible that maybe Aromas are not for you, given that none of the 3 different brands where suitabe for you.

We provided the courier tracking that showed your order was delivered on 6th June & we progressed the issue with the courier as obviously the last thing we would do would be have customers having to chase the couriers with a delivery disput.

“The delivery driver chucked the package over a 6foot fence in to my back garden wear it sat in the wet grass for 5 days before I found it, driver didn't even think to knock on the door or leave a note as I was home all day the day it was "delivered"”
