Thanks for taking the time to leave a review; however I am a little puzzled as you have not contacted us nor have we had your order returned to us. I have double chcked our inbox , spam/junk folders and cant find anything from you.
Reading this review is the first we knew of the situation - any orders returned to us we refund no quibble, thats good customer service someting we pride oursleves in.

It sounds like this situation has been festering and reading the review was the first we knew of it, we could have acted quicker had we been contacted .

We dont manufacture product, we buy from suppliers / wholesalers .
A quick google has shown me numerous different designs of bottle/label for Jungle Juice on the internet. There must be several companies producing versions of Jungle juice.
We have lots of different brands on our website, maybe another brand may be better for you, as its very much an individual preference as to what people prefer.

We actively encourage customers to leave reviews, however its always a good dea to contact us directly as well by replying to your order confirmation email. The reason i say this is because we dont always get the reviews emailed to us, as indeed was the case with this one. Had we been contacted at the same time the review was left we could have dealt with it immediatley, wheras the review had been on the site for some 3 days before we noticed it - this is not a criticism of the customer in anyway, we have a great customer service record as the reviews show, but we cant fix anyhing a customer is unhappy about quickly if we are not aware of it & we very much pride ourselves in giving a dazzling customer service.
