We buy our range from various different manufacturers, maybe try another brand next time if the one you ordered was not to your liking as another brand may hit the spot better. The brand you chose was one of the UKs best sellers if not the best seller , that doesn’t mean however that another brand may not suit you better.

“The delivery driver chucked the package over a 6foot fence in to my back garden wear it sat in the wet grass for 5 days before I found it, driver didn't even think to knock on the door or leave a note as I was home all day the day it was "delivered"”
