“I was very happy overall. I felt that the price was good and delivery was carried out on time and as expected. The flowers arrived in good condition and were perfect for a Mother's Day surprise!!”

“Overall a good experience. The flowers themselves were of excellent quality, delivered in a timely fashion. However, I enclosed and paid a jpeg photo file to be sent with the bouquet which was not present upon delivery. I emailed Arena flowers to inform them and was asked if I would like the photo posting to the recipient anyway. I confirmed that i would but this too was never received. Slightly disappointing.”

“Didn't represent the photograph whatsoever unfortunately - small bunch. Mostly unopened so didn't get the effect and the roses have all died within 3 days whilst the remainder have just opened up. Unlikely to use again - such lovely photographs but not a true representation of what you get.”

Hi Hayley, We are so sorry to hear that the flowers did not open. We do send out the flowers in bud so they last as long as possible and they should open within 1-2 days (at the same time). “My mother was so pleased with her mothers day roses. Beaitiful old fashioned roses.. The presentation was beautifully done to. I had not heard of arena flowers before but i will definately be using them again .”

“Originally did not deliver flowers ordered for Valentines day. Delivered 3 days afterwards once I complained. These were then rejected by the recipient as past the due date. Arena did not even respond to my second complaint about this. Not worth the risk to use this service again.”
