“Overall a good experience. The flowers themselves were of excellent quality, delivered in a timely fashion. However, I enclosed and paid a jpeg photo file to be sent with the bouquet which was not present upon delivery. I emailed Arena flowers to inform them and was asked if I would like the photo posting to the recipient anyway. I confirmed that i would but this too was never received. Slightly disappointing.”
“Didn't represent the photograph whatsoever unfortunately - small bunch. Mostly unopened so didn't get the effect and the roses have all died within 3 days whilst the remainder have just opened up. Unlikely to use again - such lovely photographs but not a true representation of what you get.”

We are so sorry to hear that the flowers did not open. We do send out the flowers in bud so they last as long as possible and they should open within 1-2 days (at the same time). Unfortunately it seems as though this isnt this case!!
