“The website is very smooth and quick to use and the choice of flowers and arrangements fantastic. The recipients loved their flowers. The only blip/concerns was one of the orders I asked for was to be delivered at a nursing home in a city situation. It eventually was delivered about 9pm at night and left by the main entrance where they could have been taken by a passer by. The delivery company I think should take more care. Otherwise highly recommend!”

“The bouquet of flowers were for sister in-law's 60th birthday,they arrived at the right time and she was over the moon with them.we have used Arena flowers a number of times and would highly recommend, 5 stars”

“I ordered a funeral spray to be delivered to the funeral director in Skegness, on the day of a funeral . Delivery between 8am and 1pm, extra charge £4.99. The funeral was at 3pm. I received a phone call to say they could not guarantee the delivery time I requested and would I accept delivery to the funeral director the day before the funeral. I was assured that the flowers would stay fresh. Relunctantly I agreed although still being charged for the morning delivery. Sorry to say the flowers were not as fresh as I was told they would be. I suppose Arena Flowers will put the blame on the funeral director but the web site should not offer a morning delivery if it cannot guarantee that. A Clay (Sheffield)”
