“I have used Arena on many occasions but this is the first time I actually saw the flowers as they were all for friends/relations. The recipients have always been delighted with them but I was disappointed to see how quickly the leaves turned yellow and faded and the flowers were almost at the end of their life within 8 days. There was a large collection of flowers from others and all looked so much fresher. I do hope this was a one off”

The only blip/concerns was one of the orders I asked for was to be delivered at a nursing home in a city situation. It eventually was delivered about 9pm at night and left by the main entrance where they could have been taken by a passer by. The delivery company I think should take more care. Otherwise highly recommend!”

“I ordered a funeral spray to be delivered to the funeral director in Skegness, on the day of a funeral . Delivery between 8am and 1pm, extra charge £4.99. The funeral was at 3pm. I received a phone call to say they could not guarantee the delivery time I requested and would I accept delivery to the funeral director the day before the funeral. I was assured that the flowers would stay fresh. Relunctantly I agreed although still being charged for the morning delivery. Sorry to say the flowers were not as fresh as I was told they would be. I suppose Arena Flowers will put the blame on the funeral director but the web site should not offer a morning delivery if it cannot guarantee that.
