“We have used Arena several times and they've never let us down. Due to the crazy Capital Controls imposed by the Greek government we were unable to send a gift to my mother from John Lewis for her 90th birthday (they refused our Debit Card). Arena came to the rescue – all very last minute but the delivery was made next day on Mum's birthday, which also happens to be New Years Eve. Well done.”

“I ordered a bouquet for my parents as a thank you for hosting Christmas. I chose Arena as was looking for Fairtrade flowers. The bouquet arrived on time and was, according to my Mum, absolutely beautiful! Thank you”

“I ordered 2 lots of Christmas bouquets for delivery on the 23rd December and not only was the whole ordering process very easy and clear to use on the website but the flowers were delivered on time and looked fabulous according to the recipients! Will definitely use Arena again and they are very forthcoming about offering you future discounts on your next order.”

“Wonderful, compassionate company with beautiful flower displays. I'm 85 and made an error in my ordering. Arena flowers were very sympathetic and understanding. They sent a substitute arrangement which rectified the situation and they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a happy outcome for me. Thank you so very much. Highly recommended.”

“This was my first time using Arena Flowers and since I am not familiar with internet ordering I placed my order over the phone. I live in Australia and wanted to send flowers and a gift to my Sister-in-law's sister who lives in England. Arena Flowers customer service is excellent the sales person was courteous, helpful, very patient and thorough. The flowers were delivered on the day requested and I was notified via email that they had been delivered. The recipient was thrilled with the flowers and the gifts. I wil use Arena Flowers again and would recommend using this company to anyone who wants to send flowers and gifts. Thank you Arena Flowers.”

“Great customer service. Ordering went very smoothly since I was placing the order from Northern California and was unsure about how the flowers were going to look upon delivery. The recipients of the floral arrangement thought the flowers were beautiful, they sent me a photo and I agree they looked lovely!”

“Thank you for the beautiful flowers my sister in law received for her birthday. Also thanks so much for your very prompt response when I discovered I had ordered two bunches and paid for them ! Living in New Zealand , I was amazed that by the time I got up early the next morning you had already sorted my error. Being so far away from loved ones it gives me comfort to know that I can rely on Arena Flowers to rise to any occasion that our family has with beautiful, fresh flowers delivered with care. Over the last couple of years I have sent sympathy, birthday, Xmas and congratulatory flowers so Arena Flowers it's like you're part of our family now. Many thanks Kay Berry”

“I have used Arena for quite a few years now and always have had great service and my Mother has always been delighted with them. Even one time the flowers were delivered to someone next door to my Mother. As soon as this was realised another order was delivered with no hassle. Great service”

“I understand Mrs Buckley was very pleased to receive the floral gift and the vase. It appears she was out when delivered at 3.10pm, but she informed me they were delivered in a box, which was left outside her front door and found on her return later in the evening. This would concern me if I wished to request another delivery in the future. J.Vinall.”

“Everyone always seem to be absolutely delighted with the flowers I send from Arena. I have been using them for a few years now but this year they must have upped their game!!! Brilliant I think and good value for money.”

“My recent transaction with Arena Flowers was excellent, from using the website, to choosing the products to the excellent standard and delivery method of the product. My daughter was delighted and sent me a picture of the flowers which was just like looking at the bouquet on the website. “My Mum had been feeling low so I wanted to surprise her with a bright, sunny bouquet. Mission accomplished! Mum knows her flowers and she absolutely loved the big yellow and cream roses in your special offer. They last a lovely long time as well.”

“I have used Arena on many occasions but this is the first time I actually saw the flowers as they were all for friends/relations. The recipients have always been delighted with them but I was disappointed to see how quickly the leaves turned yellow and faded and the flowers were almost at the end of their life within 8 days. There was a large collection of flowers from others and all looked so much fresher. I do hope this was a one off”
