“would like to thank Arena Flowers ordering couldn't be have been easier and also a last minute change to the order, to add a name onto the card was so simply done, with just a phone call,which took Me straight to a lovely lady who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.I will absolutely use Arena Flowers again, on this occasion (a funeral), I was extremely happy with the arrangement they were beautiful and everyone thought so.My friend would have loved them thank you so much for making an emotional task so easy and hassle free hopefully My next order will be for a happier occasion I couldn't have asked for better I highly recommend Arena Flowers”

“flowers ordered online for next day delivery as allowed by website.....flowers have still not arrived and doesnt look like order has yet been processed according to the order. these flowers were ordered last minute for a sudden passing in a very dear friends life......totally ruined for me now wish i had gone else where”

“Seriously seriously unimpressed by the total lack of care and courtesy demonstrated as a result of my advising of a failure to deliver- including a failure to call as promised by one member of staff and a refusal to do so by another- the call was intended ( as was made clear) to arrange an alternative delivery but they clearly didn't care enough to do so- will not recommend to anyone else that they use this company as they don't seem to care once problems with delivery arise”

“Ordered a bouquet of 12 red roses for my girlfriend. They arrived with four stems bent as well as some of the leaves and petals wilting. Emailed them and they responded saying that the flowers were good quality but offering a 15% discount off my next order. Why on earth would I order from them ever again given their idea of quality........so much for their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee .... Worth as much as the paper it wasn't written on. At least with Waitrose you know you will get good quality every time.”

“Very Disappointed. My 9 year old Grand-daughter took part in her first school production, We are so very Proud of her as it took her a good 7 months to settle into school on moving to China. The flowers were meant to be waiting for her when she got home from her Performance. Not only am I disappointed , I am angry as they should have been delivered on Friday January 30th. My Daughter cancelled her plans so that she would be home when the flowers arrived. I contacted you and was told that although it was getting late, you would get hold of the courier, see if they could deliver them that evening, then you would get back to me. You Didn't get back to me. NO Flowers were Delivered. They were left in the porch ,next day, after 10am before 1pm. That wasn't the first order you had received from me but it will be the Last. This was such a special occasion for My Beautiful Grand-Daughter and Myself as I had been Very Fortunate to have been able to watch it on Livestream. You Ruined My Day By NOT Full-Filling My Order. I am sure I will be able to find another company that will be able to full-fill my orders in future. A Very Disgruntled Customer H.Spurr (MRS)”

“I received a beautiful bouquet from arena flowers several years ago. I was so impressed that I will only use arena flowers myself now. I had some delivered to a friend only yesterday, who said they are the best flowers she's ever had. Each time the flowers have been so fresh and of a very high standard. Online ordering is so easy and quick and order confirmed immediately. They deliver when they say and the flowers are boxed carefully. I would thoroughly recommend arena.”

“I have ordered before and been happy but this bouquet was extremely disappointing. The flowers were already well out, two of the three gerbera (?) were drooping badly and had to be discarded and the lilies were not at all shapely. The whole collection had a short shelf life and was not up to your usual standards. A great shame as a birthday gift. It has also been difficult to get the link to work to give this review.”

“Flowers delivered to the wrong address. When we eventually tracked them down they were limp and lifeless. Contacted Arena to get a re-delivery and they refused. They did nothing to help and could not have been less interested in replacing the expensive bouquet they had delivered wrongly. They offer a satisfaction guarantee but in practice they do not honour this. Shop elsewhere.”

“I ordered a funeral cross from the Bexhill shop the girls who answered the phone was very patient and helpful and when it arrived it was absolutely beautiful much better than the picture on line. I was very pleased that they had made such a lovely perfect tribute. Thank you . Eileen”

“Order arrived a day late- 50 hours in transit meant flowers very unimpressive when they were eventually delivered. Customer services didn't help and didn't deliver on what they said they would. Sorry but no way I will be using this company again”
