“Sent a Mother's Day bouquet. Arrived when stated and was left where I'd asked for it to be left. My mother tells me it was fabulous and from her description it was very similar to that shown on the website although even bigger!”

“I have used Arena Flowers now on many occasions and the deliveries have always been on the date I requested, with one exception when I was not able to place an order for a delivery of "get well" flowers. I needed them delivered on 14th February but because of Valentines Day my order could not be accepted. I do however appreciate why any Flower Company would perhaps be over subscribed on that date.
Due to my continued use of Arena there have been occasions when my order was upgraded to deluxe because of my patronage.”
“Smaller bunch of tulips than I anticipated and as they were in a pretty bag I expected them to be in a tied plastic small bag full of water within the gift bag. Wanted to avoid recipients needing vases as elderly. At just under 25.00 I expected more. Luckily they were discounted from just under 30.00 or I would have been incredibly disappointed.”
“What really stood out for me was the customer service. Arena had picked up on the fact I was sending mothers day flowers (from the non mothers day selection) with a date a week later than required and emailed to bring this to my attention. Although a little annoyed I couldn't get the flowers I wanted for the date I wanted, their attention to detail meant I was still able to surprise my mum with a lovely bouquet. Would definitely use again.”
