“My Mother in law said "the flowers were lovely"”

“I was very pleased with the service Arenaflowers gave, i live in spain and needed to send my mum some flowers on mothers day, ordering online was easy and the flowers arrived on mothers day just as they said they would. My mum was really happy and so was i, all round result, thanks Arenaflowers”

“I never actually saw the flowers as they were delivered 100 miles away but the recipient was very pleased with them. I thought the price was very reasonable (around £30), they did Sunday delivery, there was a good choice and the website was very easy to use. The only slight difficulty I had was trying to use the tracking service on the Sunday to see if they actually had been delivered and this was very fiddly on a mobile phone. It would have been easier on a computer. Overall very satisfied and I'll use them again.”

“BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have already left feedback but feel I need to retract it! The flowers were for my 80 yr old mum. She called me last night to say the flowers were all dead except for 1, in 5 days I do not expect flowers to die! I called to complain to be told only guaranteed for 5 days! All the flowers I buy have always lasted 2 to 3 wks. I was told to send a photo of the dead flowers. Unfurtunately my elderly mum does not have a mobile phone to take a pic & I live over 100 miles away from her. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

Hi Christine, We do apologise for the disappointment caused however, we can only guarantee that our flowers last for 5 days and it is then up to our customers. If any flowers that are delivered are not fresh then we need to know within 3 days to be able to assess them and if any longer we do need pictures. We are sorry for the inconvenience. “No point in delivering a Mothers Day present after Mother's Day. To get an email or voicemail to tell you it won't be delivered and there is nothing that can be done is not acceptable. Won't be ordering again.”
