I understand Mrs Buckley was very pleased to receive the floral gift and the vase. It appears she was out when delivered at 3.10pm, but she informed me they were delivered in a box, which was left outside her front door and found on her return later in the evening. This would concern me if I wished to request another delivery in the future. J.Vinall.
