“Good service. On one occasion, delivery was a day late. This was flagged up in time, however, and a discount given on the next order. A good way to resolve.”

“I ordered some flowers for my wife to be delivered at her office for Valentines day. I requested an am delivery so to ensure she took delivery. The delivery did not arrive as requested for an am delivery or at all on Valentines day. The delivery materialised on the following day (Saturday) when my wife was not at works. i e-mailed Arena Flowers on the Friday evening to voice my disapproval but never had a reply or even a phone call to explain.”

“I have been very satisfied with the service. My girlfriend lives in London, England and I am living in the U.S. Therefore there there isn't allot I can do to show my love from so far away. Arena has been a great help in keeping her aware of the love I have for her. Thank You Darrin J. Hatch”

“The flowers were lovely, just as described. I received texts and emails to confirm the order and also to tell me they had been delivered, which was a nice touch, very good value I'd say. The only criticism would be that on the order form it gave various options to select, should no one be in. I selected ' leave with a neighbour' , but they were left on the doorstep after a brief knock, without waiting to see if anyone was in. But other than that minor quibble, I'd recommend Serenata and will certainly use them again......”

“very small balloon!! 3 chocolates in a very small box!! the very small red roses didn't even open up propaly!! I've ordered off you over the last couple of years but the fifty + pounds I paid you for valentines I could have got a lot better and more from a supermarket. disgusted"”

“First time using Arena and was a little worried as always. I didn't need to be because the flowers came promptly and were beautiful. Lasted a while aswell compared to other florists. Would reccomend to a friend and will use again for sure”

“Great flowers and delivery on time, this was the first time in 3 years that the missus received her flowers on Valentines day (other years were either received day after or not at all), glad to have changed to ArenaFlowers. Will use again in the future.”
