The delivery did not arrive as requested for an am delivery or at all on Valentines day. The delivery materialised on the following day (Saturday) when my wife was not at works. i e-mailed Arena Flowers on the Friday evening to voice my disapproval but never had a reply or even a phone call to explain.”

“The flowers were lovely, just as described. I received texts and emails to confirm the order and also to tell me they had been delivered, which was a nice touch, very good value I'd say. The only criticism would be that on the order form it gave various options to select, should no one be in. I selected ' leave with a neighbour' , but they were left on the doorstep after a brief knock, without waiting to see if anyone was in. But other than that minor quibble, I'd recommend Serenata and will certainly use them again......”
