“Ordered flowers for my sister for her birthday on the 9 th feb ready for the 10th feb 10th came and went NO FLOWERS 11th came up to 4pm NO FLOWERS phone to find what happened to them and get told the flowers I ordered where not available even though they had taken my money from my bank account on the 10th if I had not phoned I would have been non the wiser because they never even botherd to let me know, I will not be using this company again and also will let every one I know not to”

“For my birthday I received the most gorgeous bouquet (supplied by Arena Flowers). I kept the card and have used them several times since! I would highly recommend Arena Flowers.”

“Would expect better quality flowers for the price I paid for them. Quite a few were already browning around the edges. Not what I like for a £60 bunch of flowers. Disappointed.”

“ordered flowers from icelands for my ill mother, she was delighted with them i usually order from next but not any longer ,as my mother said they look beautiful and longer lasting so in the future will order form here again thankyou for making my mum smile x x”

“My mother's flowers for Mother's Day 2013 weren't late, they never arrived. Trying to contact Arena Flowers was a non-starter. No one answered telephone or email at that time. I will not be using them again, sorry.”

“I've used Arena Flowers four times now - sometimes for family birthdays/mother's day, and on another occasion for a colleague with a new baby. People on the receiving end have always been delighted; beautifully arranged, long lasting flowers and on more than one occasion, enough to split into two separate vases. Delivery has always been on time and the web site's easy to use. Happy to recommend.”

“Ordered over 5 times, 4 times delivery was as promised, one time on 14th Feb missed, however the company apologised and gave 50% off. Overall, happy with their service and woud order again.”

“The flower arrangement delivered as ordered on Dec 20th was still beautiful and blooming on New Year's Eve, marvellous. One small disappointment was the balloon that came with it. unfortunately the balloon didn't last long at all, it went down very quickly (perhaps it had a small hole in it). I'm informing your company of this as perhaps others had the same experience?”
