“I have been a customer of Arena flowers for 5 years now; eversince I started dating my wife. Extremely pleased with their customer service, and of course their delivery person make sure that the flowers remain fresh and unharm during the transport. There was once when the flask arrived broken, with a call to their office, one was sent to us the next day. They do recognize and reward their customers with free upgrades every now and again.”

“I have used this service 3 times, and it has been seamless. My mother has been delighted by the flower selections on each occasion, and they were delivered promptly, and with extra instructions followed. On one occasion I omitted something from my order and had to contact them to change the order before it was processed. Again, no problems. I am pretty fussy, but have been very happy with this service.”
