We have passed the issue on to our IT team in regards to the payment and we hope that this will be fixed as soon as possible. In regards to your comment about your name, we use the names which are given to us for the bankcard. Unfortunately, sometimes only initials will be used, for the first name and therefore we have only addressed you with that. However, we have now changed this in our system as well.
