“Super fast delivery, very easy to use Alyssa I bought a nipple measuring card and both the inserts for the pump shields and they’re great. I have the Alyssa Double pump and love how easy it is to pair the machine to the app. It is so easy to use and I had no issues using it as a first time pumping mum before going back to work after spending 14 months exclusively breastfeeding. My only wish is that the double pump was hands free but nothing a pumping bra/ DIY pumping bra can’t fix.”

“Ardo medical gave some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. We ordered a breast pump just before Christmas and received a call from a very helpful customer rep who said with it being so close to the holidays they couldn’t dispatch it till after the holiday, but they could offer a refund that day and we could order the same product at the same price from Amazon and it would be delivered next day. Customer service like this is the reason will use ardo if need anything again.”

Hi Vicki, thank you so much for your review. we do appreciate that new mums take the time to let us know how we did, and especially at holiday time, it is much appreciated. With regards to sizing, there is a download next to each breastpump on the webpage which helps you work out your size, also there is a specific video to help. “I initially tried the hospital grade plug in pump when struggling to breastfeed in the hospital. When I got home I borrowed a calypso from the NHS for 2 weeks and I decided to see if Ardo had any wireless pumps. I went with the Alyssa as it can be hands free with a pumping bra. Great suction and doesn’t hurt at all like other pumps I’ve tried recently. The only downfall is when the bottles are getting fuller you may need to hold it on as the flange starts to slip off.”

“After my baby was born with a cleft palate, I was given an Ardo breast pump by my local NHS cleft team - but the team accidentally gave me the wrong pumpsets. Ardo were able to help me find the right pumpsets and flange inserts quickly and easily - they were so friendly and helpful both over the phone and by email. When you’ve got a hungry newborn, you’re sleep deprived and stressed about getting your milk supply established, service like this makes a real difference. Thank you so much!”
