“Very easy to order. Advised goods were out for delivery but had to chase up after 4 days . Then told out of stock but company did respond when we emailed them and they offered money back. Fortunately the goods turned up after a few days so were very pleased”

“Had a bit of a hiccup with a ‘stock’ part that was backorder. Wasn’t notified and had to chase it up nearly one week after placing order. In fairness; Arden couldn’t apologise enough. Had it resolved within 30 minutes……. Would have been sooner if Came Uk had answered their phones!! Part was with me the following day. I always gauge a business by the way it responds to a problem. Good work Arden. 👍”

“I telephoned Arden Gates, as I have been having some problems with our electric gates. I spoke to a man called Alex, who was very professional and patient. He gave me as much information as possible, in order to try to help out. I just though this worthy of mention, as he went above and beyond and provided further information, of which he did not have to do. I would also like to say that Alex provided outstanding customer service and having spoken to him, I will most certainly recommend Arden Gates, simply because of the quality of service that I received from him over the telephone. Alex is a real credit to the company. Thank you Alex Denise”

“The website experience was good, and the Hindi 880 kit was well packed and arrived in good condition. However I was disappointed to discover it did not contain a KeySwitch which is included in the picture on your website, though I admit that I should have looked more carefully at your written description which does not mention it!”
