Had a bit of a hiccup with a ‘stock’ part that was backorder. Wasn’t notified and had to chase it up nearly one week after placing order.
In fairness; Arden couldn’t apologise enough. Had it resolved within 30 minutes……. Would have been sooner if Came Uk had answered their phones!!
Part was with me the following day.
I always gauge a business by the way it responds to a problem. Good work Arden. 👍
