“Unfortunately I ordered paid £14 for 2/3 day delivery 7 days later it hadn't arrived . When contacted they blamed NI delivery and courier . Which I assume they believe to be genuine however there never seems to be an issue when Amazon or other companies send to NI so I sourced elsewhere and asked for a full refund which they say they will do I'll see !!!”

“Purchased a control board online and paid £15 for next day delivery. 9 days later and I am hoping the board will arrive today. Not sure if this is the fault of Arden gates or the courier company. 👎”

“After placing the order Arden Gates updated the status of the order as "dispatched", however the contents of the order was not in stock. When contacting Arden Gates, they promised to call back within certain timeframes but failed to do so on numerous occasions. As the order remained out of stock I finally cancelled the order, which was actioned quickly and efficiently.”

“Gate motor kit came with 'free' next day delivery, which you have to pay £12 for, and is not next day delivery at all. It was finally handed to courier for delivery on the day it should have arrived”
