“Just to say how happy I am with my new shower by Aquabiliyy. Danny was great in fitting it within a day with no mess, leaving everything clean and tidy. Thanks to all Susan Farquhar”

“We had a shower installed along with a basin and toilet. The shower was fine but we did have some issues with the basin and toilet. The toilet had a leak on it and wasn’t secured correctly and the tiles behind the basin were left cracked and the pipe work untidy. I made a complaint and the inspector came to see us. He temporarily fixed the toilet and assured me that they would rectify the other issues. Almost immediately an engineer came down and completely transformed the look of it. He tiled the floor and built new boxings around the basin and toilet. I’m absolutely thrilled with the finish now.”

Thank you for this great feedback, we are sorry there was an issue but glad we were able to work so quickly to resolve it to a high standard that you are happy with. Thank you again.

Staff were polite and went out of their way to make sure both myself and my mum were happy with the product. No problems so far, and even if there is I'm confident that Aquability will handle it in the same customer focused approach.”
