“I have had my shower several years and it still looks new, the seal on shower door perished which was fixed by Aquability team promptly”

“not at all happy with the after care we received. We had a severe leak from the new bath tap and it took many phone calls to register this with aquability. They said they had no plumbers available to fix it so the leak went on and on, even though we were all trying to save water. I made calls sometimes twice a day but we were left to our own devices . We are in our 80's and quite immobile (hence the new disabled bath) .Surely there is a responsibility to their clients to be looked after when things go wrong. I cannot recommend this company .”

We're very sorry that we were unable to visit you straight away but we did replace the dripping tap within four working days and have sent you a cheque to cover the cost of any increased water usage. We apologise for inadvertently causing you so much stress and worry, whilst waiting for our engineer, and trust that everything is now working correctly and that you are otherwise happy with your new bath.

“Called booked a appointment only to be called the day before saying they are not coming to give a quote as it is a insurance job after I explained that it was not to be told that well the prices start from ten grand. No one has been out to see what needs doing may only need a shower so how can just a shower be ten grand.”
