“Both myself and my husband were struggling to get out of the bath and this shower has really helped us. We did have a slight issue but it was more to do with our tanks than anything else and it was promptly fixed with me occurring anymore cost.”

“We had a shower installed along with a basin and toilet. The shower was fine but we did have some issues with the basin and toilet. The toilet had a leak on it and wasn’t secured correctly and the tiles behind the basin were left cracked and the pipe work untidy. I made a complaint and the inspector came to see us. He temporarily fixed the toilet and assured me that they would rectify the other issues. Almost immediately an engineer came down and completely transformed the look of it. He tiled the floor and built new boxings around the basin and toilet. I’m absolutely thrilled with the finish now.”
