“Did my own research on purchase but did phone with a quick question and to check stock availability/delivery times. I had to leave a voicemail message but got a call back and was told delivery could be the following week. I was more than happy with that but after placing my order on line later the same day I received an email the following to say it would be delivered the next day. I was kept informed by email and given a time slot which was adhered to. Very happy with my experience and the dishwasher. Thanks guys.”

“We wanted our cooler before Christmas if possible but knew as it was a Berttazoni it may take longer, Les who was very helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process, called us about 2 weeks before to say it had arrived, he arranged fitting a few days before and came himself to fit it and show us how to use it. We would definitely recommend these guys, great customer care is so hard to get nowadays Thank you!”
