“Very simple to use. More importantly, very effective. I parked my car in a pitch black area, no idea it was a pay and display carpark. My ticket with the almost black pictures proved it. I returned to the carpark after my ticket and noticed a crane there to replace the lights which were not working. Their very bright pictures did not match mine and POPLA agreed. Good to know justice prevails.”

“Excellent. Reassuring and prompt. If you are caught up in a spin with the parking companies then find some peace of mind with these guys. Easy communication straight forward and value for money. I don’t plan to use them again and I hope I don’t have to in the nicest possible way but if I do I would feel a whole lot more confident knowing they have my back. Great job guys. CW”
