“Simon was my consultant and from the start the service provided has been very prompt, highly efficient, most trusted and with the best rate achieved at any one time. Calls and emails have been responded to immediately and onward transfers have been fuss and problem free, which has been an important consideration and one less thing to fret about in the purchase process!!”

“Review Lauren Bucknor I inherited a Spanish villa 5 years ago, sadly it has been nothing but trouble. I was glad to learn of its sale in April. I contacted PITSC and was assisted by Lauren. She was so patient with me and understood the situation I was in.The whole process was overwhelming, she took my hand and walked the journey with me. She broke down the journey and explained clearly what I needed to do. Her colleges were also very helpful when Lauren was unavailable. I am glad to say that this Monday the villa completed and the money is now safely deposited in my English bank account (via German account set up by PITSC to avoid charges) Thank you all at PITSC for helping when I was lost in a situation I knew nothing about. I would use them again happily”

“This was my first experience using A Place in the Sun to transfer funds internationally for me and the whole experience turned out a positive one. I had previously postponed moving my sterling funds while the exchange rate to the Canadian and US dollars was so poor. I appreciated that Simon Eastman periodically touched base with me to let me know how the pound was performing, and when its value improved he was quick to let me know, at which time I decided to go ahead with my first transfer. At every step Simon stayed in close contact, patiently explaining the process to me, answering my questions and offering helpful advice when needed. I was relieved the experience turned out to be so much easier than I imagined, and I am now looking forward to making another international transfer with Simon, when hopefully, the pound's value will grow stronger still!”
