“Ashley was there helping me through the whole process of transferring money from Sterling to Euros. He put me at ease as I was obviously very apprehensive in the beginning transferring large sums of money,. Tom was also there to call me and double check the transactions, can honestly say the only time I had stress was in regards to the money laundering procedure but once again Ashley was they to get me through … would 100% recommend and definitely use again… Thank you, you got me my Place in the Sun ! ☀️🏠”

“I worked with Simon on the transfer of money for a house transfer..he explained everything very well, made it super simple and made the experience easy. While interest rates were interesting he also gave me options which meant I saved overall. Totally recommend and will use again”

“Ashley was very helpful and easy to deal with and the transfers to our Spanish bank account went through without a hitch. I only wish that I had known that Barclays took commission in addition to that of A Place in the Sun Currency’s. I couldn’t understand why my limit order wasn’t filled when the exchange rate went up to more than my Limit Order rate plus what I thought the commission was. By the time I picked the phone up the following day the exchange rate had dropped and I ended up about 1,500€ worse off.”

“Lauren explained the process efficiently and was on hand very quickly to answer any further questions or queries in total I think we made three transfers into our account and some payments directly to our Spanish lawyer it all went through without any hassle at all and we got a much better exchange rate”

“Simon was my consultant and from the start the service provided has been very prompt, highly efficient, most trusted and with the best rate achieved at any one time.
