“we have in the past enjoy next day and sometimes, same day currency exchange, but for some reason the last transaction took nearly 3 days and we had to prompt them with a phone call , otherwise would have taken longer as our money was just sat in limbo. hopefully just a plimp in what has otherwise been a fantastic service. terry”

Our internal signoff procedures for payments are quite intricate due to the various checks that need to be made before payments are authorised, and in this case it appears that a very rare individual error within that process caused your payment to be delayed.
