My first time purchasing in Spain was concerned about transferring money should not have been as Tom was very good at explaining how the system works and all went well. Have again used them and see no need to use any other company. I would recommend them Five Stars

There has been a mistake concerning my last transaction. I was contacted when I was abroad, by email saying they had no record of £10000 which I meant to be transferring to them at the end of April. This obviously caused me to worry that I hadn't transferred £10000 correctly and had inadvertently paid it to someone else by mistake. However after phone calls it appears they had expected a second sum of £10000 from me. The clerk who had organised the transfer of £10000 from sterling to euros had, it would appear, mistakenly done this twice. I am now back in the uk and I am expecting, on his return from his holiday, an explanation and an apology.

We apologise for the confusion relating to this order, which was indeed caused by a duplication which led to our system showing one settled order and one unsettled. The currency relating to the settled order had of course been sent out correctly and on time, so there was no delay or loss caused, however we apologise for the telephone call which was necessary to understand what had happened and could have caused some concern at the time. Rob will make contact again shortly.

Working with Tom makes it easy, he is very thorough in communication without being pushy (pet hate) and when I need to get something done its there and done just like magic

I am extremely satisfied with your service . We met the team on an open day and was given answers to our question and support nothing was to much trouble we felt listened to and every thing was explained . We met our personal broker and he is always available to help when we phone . Thank you for making us feel valued .
