“Process from initial email request to actual transfer of money is very efficient and timely. Communication is excellent even when as per my previous request for transfer your assigned "broker" is not available and the service provided was not negatively impacted. In my opinion staff are always "on the ball" and "customer service" is very good.”

“Always received great service from the team. I was a bit suprised at having to pay additional monies on deposit when a previously had to agreed 5% recently though. Great communication always and a very professional friendly team.”
