Dear Mrs Hughes, I have checked your transactions and the loss incurred was simply due to market fluctuations between the time of buying your currency, and selling it back when you no longer needed it. While we have every sympathy, unfortunately if you buy any commodity such as a currency, and sell it at a later date, the market value will be different and as such completely outside the control of Currency Index.
