“The transfer was quick and in my account as expected. I received a transfer receipt to confirm the transaction. The service could be improved if the transfer receipt confirmed the amount of sterling being transferred, the exchange rate applied to the transfer, details of a fee, if applicable and the amount to be received in the overseas bank account. At the moment, the transfer receipt only confirms the amount to be received in the overseas bank account.”

Thank you for the review - we always send a clear confirmation of individual orders, including exchange rate and charges agreed, but for our automated regular transfers the margin and any charges would have been agreed at the outset so we do not send these through with each regular payment. We can send current or historic transaction rates and charges on request at any time, as our service is designed to always be transparent and good value.
