“We have received great service and products so far from APL and will likely order again. However, I would like to see the Delivery option of Free Delivery if you are not concerned about Next day delivery...as that was the only option shown on my order.”

“Very good customer service, the boxes I ordered were out of stock, but I was contacted and offered an upgrade to a larger size, which I accepted. Really pleased with the quality of the red kraft counter bags. Delivery was a day late, not next day as expected, but I had allowed extra time so it was no hardship. I will definitely order again from you, thank you.”

“The delivery arrived quickly and was as purchased. However the packaging left a bit to be desired. The paper was in two boxes but there was nothing to hold the reams in place inside the boxes, so two of the reams were ruined in transit as they have fallen around inside the box.”

“Paid for before 1030 delivery, didn't happen. Still waiting for refund. Bags however are wonderful. Great quality, amazing colour and very well made!”

“Happy with the product but thought I had paid for delivery before 10am. Delivered at 3:30pm - annoying as I had stuff to do that day.”

I have just check on your order and I can see that you paid for next day delivery and not pre 10am. “great product if you read the description - on this occasion I ordered the bigger size when should have ordered the smaller size. Not APLs fault, product is great, good value for money and delivery is spot on - a delight to deal with.”

“Very pleased with the service i received. Always quick to respond to my queries. I had to make quite a few changes and they were dealt with quickly and happily. Shirley Miles in particular was very helpful. Bags arrived a few days later than expected but way before my deadline so it was fine.”
