No notification when a delivery is to be made. No time slots. No card information if a delivery is left with a neighbour. Re-scheduled deliveries confirmed but not made (thus wasting much customer time) I now actively avoid companies that use apc.

Is this a real delivery service? Was notified my parcel would be delivered between 10.45-12.45 however no attempt was made or notification (text or slip) was left to indicate an attempt. Then as I was unable to track the status online I'm now currently 2h15minutes and counting on hold trying to speak with customer support (I've been next in line for... 35 minutes).

digusting service. Driver came and didn't even bother waiting for me to talk back through my bell. He then walked off. Next day at 14:30 i was told he is 20minutes away and shall follow instructions. He didn't arrive at all.

They don't turn up to collect parcels for days once you pay the shipping costs. They claim "Overnight" but that doesn't work when it consistently takes three days for them to bother to collect a package. Every customer I have shipped to using APC is unhappy with me. Not the company to use if you value your business. This is not a one-off, this is consistently poor performance.

A delivery between 7am and 12pm was due. Lost track at 1:30pm when they took eta off their website. No idea if my afternoon tea lockdown anniversary treat is coming. Clearly a terrible company to use for deliveries. Would recommend avoiding if you want to keep your customers.

Incredibly poor. Wed - marked as having been delivered. It was not Thurs - called at 8.30am and APC agreed it had not been delivered and said it would be delivered between 12 and 3pm. It was not. Called at 4pm, told it would be delivered by 6pm. It was not. Friday- called at 8am, told it would be given to a different driver to deliver. First told it would be delivered before 12pm, then between 12pm and 2pm. It was not. Called at 2pm, was told the driver had just knocked on my door and there was no answer. He hadn't. Also told it was the same driver as previously, so it hadn't been given to another driver as promised. Was told that the driver would deliver it later but couldn't tell me when. Had absolutely no faith by this point and the package was time sensitive and it was too late to use so cancelled the delivery. Really very very bad.

Fist delivery didn't happen at all on the day it was promised. After calling the next day, delivery was than scheduled next day.Truck was in the area but send me a message couldn't be delivered. Called APC overnight and asked if Driver could be contacted . !! The Answer I got is that the delivery driver has said it was an intercom system in a block of flats!! So what is the excuse not to ring the bell.!!!! He came back and left it on the doorstep as I would have expected .Didn't expect him to bring it up to the second floor. But that's ok. Just wonder how old people will get a freezer or heavy items in there flats.

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs, if you expect a professional and punctual service. When my parcel didn't arrive on time, I emailed and called the London office. I finally managed to speak with an employee at 17:00. I was advised that my parcel would arrive before 18:00, as the driver was still out delivering. Although he was unable to contact the driver, he assured me that my parcel would be delivered. My parcel didn't arrive that night. I emailed the company and asked for an explanation of what had taken place, and why my parcel wasn't delivered. I received a bog standard response from an individual by the name of Hannah, who stated the driver ran out of time, and the delivery would take place today. I was extremely unhappy and called the London office. I had the misfortune of speaking with Hannah, who can only be described as the rudest most obnoxious individual who I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. She was unapologetic and appeared to suggest that deliveries although expected overnight, can take up 3 days.....yes 3 days, so I shouldn't be complaining. She claimed to have spoken to the driver, and was advised that the delivery should take place before 15:00, as the driver had 4 stops to make prior to delivering my item. She refused to escalate my complaint, although I clearly requested this via email the previous evening, and during the phone call, she then decided to terminate the call. At 17:00, my package still hadn't arrived. I attempted to track the driver, but realised that after 17:09, the system would update, so I had no knowledge of where the driver was, or if he would be delivering my item......considering he was over 24hrs late. My parcels was finally delivered at 18:15. Although I noted on the system, that the delivery was recorded at 16:15. I would not recommend this company. I found their service shoddy, unprofessional and unreliable.

Absolute joke of a company had a text saying delivery would be between 11.30 and 1.30 on fri 19/2 tracking unavailable on item rang numerous times to see what was going on for the phone to just ring and no one answer how the still have customers that use them is a miracle

Waited in all day no tracking provided then I see an email carded and closed well the driver didn't card and he didn't knock on door not impressed cowboy service terrible service!

Didn't leave a card and didn't knock the door properly or wait for someone to answer and drove off! Unprofessional and rude service from the driver when he turned up the next day after i had to chase it up! Overnight service..... that's not what i got, i expect abit more in this tough climate!

I had ordered two cases of beer from a UK supplier. One arrived intact, parcel clearly marked “2 of 2”. The driver stated to my wife that the other parcel, the “1 of 2” would be inside this which did not make sense and wasn’t in there of course when I opened it later in the day when I’d finished work. Checking on their tracking page it stated both parcels had been delivered which of course they hadn’t. I contacted the supplier who chased up the courier and got the response that the first parcel had been “damaged in transit” and had been incorrectly reported as delivered. To add insult to injury this was the last case of that brand the supplier had and they can’t get another. Well done guys. I would appreciate at least some explanation as to how this happened?

Absolutely useless company. Don't use them. Said couldn't get access intercom problem. Lies. Cctv. Didn't get anyone. Unless a ghost or invisible. And the strange thing was intercom wasn't needed. Coz the main entrance door was open for approximately 2 hours due to the work man clearing the snow. From the entrance. Caught out with your lies.

Five people in the house all day. Found the Sorry we missed you card at the end of the day. Okay, go online to book redelivery. Consignment number not recognised. Damn Okay, call them. Track down telephone number, no answer. Double damn. Now what ? I’ve got a wine tasting with no wine. Not good enough.

The courier was very aggressive & unprofessional. He accidentally smashed my mobile phone during the delivery. He then denied any involvement despite having two witnesses. He left without any apologies & refused to give any me his details.

Had an email for delivery between 12.49 and 14.49, great, or so I thought. Waited in all afternoon, I kept checking the tracker and the time was getting pushed back, OK I thought the driver has a lot to deliver. At 3.24 the van was less than a mile from my house, it was still there 2 hrs later, I checked again about 18.00 and the van was 24 miles away at the depot. No contact to say that my parcel was not going to be delivered.

Delivery driver knocked and before we had chance to answer had left. Did not leave a card. Checked on tracker and says card delivered case closed. No card or parcel.
