“Although there was a delay in receiving my package, I have nonetheless awarded five stars on the basis of the professional way in which the issue was resolved. At all times I was treated with courtesy, and a driver was especially despatched with my item. Thank you.”

“The delivery (ordered from Argos) was flawless except for an update email which claimed that the delivery was going to be on the same day as dispatch! Luckily, I worked out that it was most likely wrong. This was from Melrose Textiles though not APC. APC gave a two hour window and the delivery was trackable from early morning. The delivery chap was pleasant and friendly. So no complaints. They are streets ahead of Yodel and Hermes.”

“My parcel was delivered to Rayleigh depot ready for delivery for today 04/08/21. I Was speaking to a lady called Christie as they had no driver to deliver my parcel, I could not believe how helpful she was, A manager took the time to leave what he was doing and deliver the parcel to me himself. That is what I call brilliant and exceptional service.”

“I have nothing but praise for APC and the courier services they offer. Our business's experience of APC is such that we consider our parcels as good as delivered as soon as we book a collection. In ten years of using them we can only recall ONE instance of an undelivered parcel (for which we were fully compensated). To put that into perspective: another well-known widely used courier we tried lost, on average, four parcels a month and made claiming compensation a nightmare! Also, their customer service department (which is a freephone number, I might add) is always helpful and always contacts us when they say they will: nothing is too much trouble for them. There may be couriers out there offering you a cheaper price but, from our experience, cheap couriers are a false economy. APC are the benchmark in our opinion and that peace of mind is priceless. “Wonderful service from the depots at Stoke on Trent and Cannock. When we missed a delivery they contacted the driver and an arrangement was made so that they got the item to us in less than 15 minutes. All the staff were helpful and worked on a way to solve the problem.”

“Was really impressed with APC, I had a delivery due which I had completely forgotten about and was out the house. It was a perishable item so really needed to get delivered today. I rang the depot and they were so helpful, they contacted the driver who said he would wait until I got home. Thankfully I wasn’t that far away. Very impressed with the service”

“Bought something on marketplace. The seller arranged through APC, it was collected on time and delivered to my home next morning. Fantastic. Reading the reviews here, I wonder, are people more likely to spend their time writing bad reviews than good? My experience is sincere, I'd never heard of APC personally but after such a positive experience, I will give them more business.”

“Top class service but I don't like the fact that they use Trustpilot, the following is my reply to their invite to review with them Sorry to say I don’t use Trustpilot as I have experience of them becoming internet policemen, if they don’t like your kind of business they warn prospective customer by making unsubstantiated claims about fraudulent transactions and business practices, be warned. Your service was excellent and I have no problem recommending your company.”

“I received my parcel within the time frame promised in spite of the snow and treacherous. The courier was very polite. He adhered to the Covid 19 measures by placing the parcel by the door, ringing the bell and stepping back. He took my name and with a smile wished me good day before leaving. “Parcel was sent lunchtime Friday and it was delivered to me before 9am Monday. That is good service normally but take into account covid and the fact we had several inches of snow on Sunday and road diverts and it's exceptional. I'd read the reviews on here and been worried but how wrong was I . Thank you to all the team that got my parcel to me during these difficult times. “The best couriers I have ever dealt with. The company I bought my item from sent me a tracking link that was invalid so I rang APC directly and I spoke to a guy named Jon...he couldn’t be more helpful. He arranged to deliver my parcel to my partners address to make it easier for me. He give me a time for expected delivery and said the driver would ring me 10 mins before. Very helpful and much appreciated because I work in a care home and can not afford to take time off waiting for a parcel to be delivered. Thank you Jon”
