The delivery (ordered from Argos) was flawless except for an update email which claimed that the delivery was going to be on the same day as dispatch! Luckily, I worked out that it was most likely wrong. This was from Melrose Textiles though not APC.
APC gave a two hour window and the delivery was trackable from early morning. The delivery chap was pleasant and friendly. So no complaints. They are streets ahead of Yodel and Hermes.
