Package (larder freezer) badly damaged , leftside totally crumpled and looks like it's been dropped from a height

Paid £4.95 for next day delivery via APC. After an email and two phone calls, on each occasion receiving assurances my parcel would be delivered the next day, I am yet to receive anything. Would be zero stars if possible. If there is another delivery option available other than APC, chose this!

Unable to deliver between nine and 5 Monday to Friday. I was told to collect the parcel between five and 6. I attempted this to be told it was out on the van. No apologies just a sarcastic response. I had called to say I'd be collecting it and was not told it was out for delivery. Unable to change shipping address and told to contact seller of the item if I was unhappy. Really poor

Got a email to say my parcel would be delivered between 14 08pm & 16.08pm i tracked the driver and he was 1.5miles away on drop 69 we were drop 74, then got a update time of 16.18 to 18.18 so over 4 hour's to deliver 5 parcels we stayed in and waited for a part i urgently need and nothing tracking had been switched off. People call Hermes but we have never had a problem with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After the first failed delivery attempt with a card, I contacted APC via email on Thursday requesting delivery the next working day. As their office hours have changed to closing an hour earlier stated on the delivery card, the next working day would be Monday. Monday another carded delivery. I called APC and stated that I have been home on twice occasions and did not have anyone ringing the doorbell. Delivery was again re-arranged for Tuesday. Tuesday, still no answer, I went outside and found another carded delivery. Again called APC stating that their driver did not ring the door bell. They stated that since this is the 3rd attempt that they would not be attempting again and would hold the parcel at their warehouse for 3 days and suggested I make the 30 mile round trip just to collect it. As I stated this was ridiculous and that if their driver rang the doorbell I wouldn't be in this issue they hung up on me. I have tried contacting their head office on 0800373737 instead but no one answers the phone. I must add that I'm working from home so there is no way I would have missed all 3 deliveries, I also had deliveries on Monday and Tuesday mornings so I know the doorbell works.

Very disappointed. Given an estimated delivery time of 13:05-15:05 on the 28th September. At 13:30 the delivery driver was 24 stops away, 7.5 hours later they are now 11 stops away. I am not sure how a delivery driver can only delivery to 13 houses in the span of 7 and a half hours, I can only imagine it is a combination of poor planning when creating the delivery route and lazy employees. Still no delivery, and I am not optimistic that it will be arrive today at all. I have had to cancel the classes I had on this evening. A potential good evening wasted by an delivery service that can only be described as a trainwreck. For a company that are also called Swift Logistic Solution Limited, they are far from their namesake. To top it off, they have given no indication of an updated delivery time... or date.

Parcel not delivered when they said they would. No info on where it is but say it is delivered randomly without actually delivering. Tracked all day but no update. And obviously after waiting one day no one is here to answer calls.

Waited in all day for a parcel that I had received an email from APC to say that they would deliver today. The parcel wasn't delivered and no communication to say when I can expect it.

Absolutely rubbish service ! The girl on the end of the phone has not a clue what she is doing. Drivers no road knowledge if they cant find a main road. I wouldnt of even given them a one still waiting on delivery after chasing for 3 days

Expected a dilivery on the 12th didn't turn up had a email saying parcel being delivered on 14th didn't turn up I emailed them to find out what happened. Had a excuse they tryed too deliver somewhere else Had to re arrange delivery again so not getting my hopes up absoulote joke off a company I thought hermes were bad but these.

I missed a delivery and got left a card that said go online to re book. (all the other parcel companies just leave them outside these days which suites me as its safe here) Anyway I go online to re book and it says put in code and every time it came up with a error that the code doesn't exist, scanning all over for a phone number to try and speak to a human there wasn't one but I found a email and sent that. It said if you re book before 18;30 then you get re delivery the next day but I got a email back stating I would receive it on the Monday I pressumed this was because the next day was Saturday, never mind that was fine so in waited in all day Monday and they didn't show. Now it looks like I've got another day of looking out of the window I just hope they show today

Was due 2 packages on 9th September. Waited all day at home, never arrived and was never given a reason. I was promised delivery on 10th - it never arrived. Promised on 11th - it never arrived. The time slots don’t exist - I have their staff recorded saying that they are automated times that don’t exist. I was also told by ukflooring that the company’s delivery slots are false and unreliable - again this is on record. I have contacted customer services to no avail and was told yesterday again to wait in all day as it was ‘definitely our for delivery and would be evening if not the day’ again cancelled everything for third day and of course it never turned up last night. This is the 4th day I have taken off work to wait for a delivery - no contact from APC or customer relations. I have put through to resolver and also printed out all proof for my lawyer. Do not trust this company. I have lost hundreds and had no help. I was told last night that they had a driver missing for 3 days - yet did not inform customers!! How does this company think this is acceptable?? We are in a pandemic - people have lost jobs and work is scarce and you are asking people to take days and days off work to wait for a pretend delivery that doesn’t exist!!!? My packages were at depot on 8th September and appear to still be there, despite APC telling me each day that it will 100% arrive. Appalling company waste of time and money and I would not recommend to anyone ever!!! Stay clear. Horrendous company

Their time slots are not real - I have their staff member recorded Shang they are automated and made up. Do not trust this company. The customer relations does not help, neither does the manager or customer services. I would suggest everyone take their case to a lawyer as this is a dangerous company. Record everything. I have lost hundreds of pounds over four days, still I have no idea when it’ll arrive. Each day I’m being lied to. Do not trust this company

I too would give zero stars. Do not trust this company it is appalling and will cost you a lot of money and wasted time. Their delivery slots are not real - I have on record one of their staff saying that the time slots are not real, they are automated and made up !!!! Unbelievable. So every time customers cancel work to wait all day, ignore the time slot as it’s a lie. What a disgraceful company

Four days I have waited each day for packages that were due on 9th September. No one has told me why they haven’t ever turned up - I have taken four days off work and lost so much money. Customer service is appalling and APC is messing with people’s livelihood. I’ve lost hundreds of pounds and wasted time. Beading was meant to arrive on 9th - to which floor men have had to be paid to fit a floor (without beading) and will have to be paid again another day rate to return when it eventually does arrive: again, waste of money. In the mean time I cannot enter bedroom or put items in it. I’ve never known such an appalling company. Customer service was not helpful in any way- the manager never replied and I put it through resolver to which they gave a terrible response. Last night again I was told to wait in as it would ‘definitely arrive’ - something I was promised every day I called up. They said it was out for delivery yet later found out it’s still at the depot and has been there since 8th September. I began recording all phone calls with this company and have printed out all emails and handing shortly to my lawyer. I do not recommend this company to anyone - steer clear!!

Terrible! I expected my delivery on 10th September between 14:43 and 16:43. Took a day off work and waited in all day but still no delivery. Tried to contact the company but couldn't get a reply. I then received a message this morning to say the parcel would be delivered between 14:27 and 16:27; this was a no reply message so I couldn't contact them to arrange a time when I would be at home. I then had a frantic search to find someone who could wait at my house for the delivery as I was at work all day. Other companies are able to provide an efficient service, some notifying you of the time of delivery almost to the minute. Come on APC - get your act together!

Horrendous company and awful service. Was due two deliveries on 9th September that never arrived. No courtesy call or email. On 10th I had to chase up and I was promised it would be delivered that day- It was not. Today I was promised it would be and again it did not and now I am being told to wait tomorrow. That is taking four days off work and losing money. Plus work men who were paid to fit items that have not arrived in time. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone- have had zero help from the company and fake delivery slots.

I ordered a box of pasties from a Cornish company to be delivered to my son in London. The designated delivery date was Wednesday 2nd September. Sadly, the Cornish suppliers had chosen APC as their delivery company, so, despite an email telling me it would be, the parcel did not arrive. The next morning, Thursday 3rd, I rang the Depot and was told that the driver had run out of time due to the Bank Holiday and the parcel would be delivered that day, although they couldn't give me a time. I was slightly surprised they didn't prioritise it as a morning delivery, but the contents were still in date so I thought it would be fine. It did not arrive. The tracking was not updated after 15.36 on Wednesday 2nd. On Friday morning, I tried calling the Depot again, but they didn't pick up. I called the supplier, whose own tracking showed the parcel was still in the Depot. The supplier offered me a refund, which I took because by now the pasties were out of date. Today, one week later, Wednesday 9th September, a box of mouldy, rotten pasties was delivered to my son, the contents so decaying that the box was warm to the touch and seeping. APC proudly sent me an email telling me that my package had been delivered. Well done APC, outstandingly the most useless and appalling delivery company in Britain, possibly the world.
