“The selection of furniture and layout is excellent, the staff are very helpful and supportive excellent service.”

“This was my first order with Anderson's and I must say I have been impressed with their service. The item arrived promptly after the initial online purchase was made. Unfortunately the item had a slight issue (manufacturing fault, no fault on Anderson's part) after a quick phone call to Anderson's customer service the matter was resolved and a replacement item was promptly delivered. The staff member I spoke to was polite and understanding of the situation and dealt with the issue in a smooth and professional manner. It is obvious that Anderson's staff training is of a very high standard. I recently had a similar issue with a nationwide department store and unfortunately did not receive this level of professional customer care. Although I live in the London/Essex area I will certainly be using Anderson's online shop again due to their exemplary service. It is such a pleasure to be able to congratulate a company on their obvious interest in their patrons. The item itself is of great quality and I am enjoying using it. Thank you Anderson's.”

“Love Andersons. Not just the excellent restaurant, disabled toilets and car parking, endless choice of beautiful furnishings and unique pieces. What I like the best is there is never any hard sell, the time to imagine living with the pieces and your truly awesome customer service people - warm and interested, nothing is too much trouble for them. A visit to Andersons is like visiting with friends. Thank you.”

“Fantastic - I live in Gloucester England and was looking for a bed and couldn't get any help down here so found your website and rang and spoke to Elaine who couldn't have been more helpful - found the bed I was looking for, ordered it and arranged delivery to my home and then also through email dealt with Amy and again faultless, replied back to any query I had within the hour and always both of them so polite and caring If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would - thank you again and I can assure anyone buying from them you will receive wonderful service”

“It had been our go to place for the last 15 years for furniture and curtains, but recently we have been shopping around. Doesn’t feel as welcoming as it did, nothing new in the floor and feels expensive.”

“Great service from start to finish! Ally was very helpful when we were trying to choose our new kitchen flooring and even suggested copper strips after enquiring about the colours in our kitchen. All queries were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner throughout and the fitters carried out the work to a very high standard. We are delighted with the finished look.”

“We visited Anderson's to view bedroom furniture towards the end of 2023. Immediately met by lovely, extremely helpful staff who listened to our requirements, gave great advise and showed us what was available in store and also advised on furniture available to be ordered in. After our initial order we returned to add another item to our bedroom furniture order. We were kept informed of expected delivery times and notified promptly when our furniture had arrived in store, The furniture was delivered by excellent, coureous staff, who assembled and positioned the furniture in our room. From our initial enquiry, to delivery and furniture assembley the service Anderson's of Inverurie provide is excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending this great, local furniture store. Ps The cafe is fantastic too.”
