“Quality products . Staff knowledgable. Delivered with care . Negative is paying £45 for each separate delivery.”

“Customer Service bar none. In past year have choosen this company for furniture and floor covering. On each occasion the staff were pleasantly informative and knowledgable allowing my wife and I to make decisions meeting our needs. Delivery and fitting was hassle free with them accomodating our diary requirements and postponments. It is to their credit that Andersons have performed to such high standards for several years particularly during these difficult times.”

“We purchased a Himolla Rhine sofa and Mosel recliner from Anderson's and at every stage it was a pleasure, from Shazia's expert guidance to our decision making in the restaurant. The furniture arrived well within the expected time frame and was delivered and positioned in our flat by the friendly and professional team.”

“First of all we visit the Andersons restaurant about twice a week and think it’s the best place for food, service and cleanliness in Inverurie. The staff are wonderful, friendly helpful & obliging. We have made a lot of purchases both large and small in the various departments and find the staff knowledgeable and friendly. We have most recently ordered Hive Blinds for our conservatory firstly having them measured by Angela. We look forward to seeing them fitted.”

“As ever, the quality of both the service and product from Andersons is excellent. We have made a few purchases over past few years and have been lucky enough to have been looked after by Shaz. Extremely polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable throughout and always trying to do the very best by us whilst having a bit of fun at the same time. “Popped in to enquire about floor covering for our home office and ended up buying an L shaped Sofa and two beautiful hall tables. As always the salesperson was extremely helpful and gave us a good price for the whole order. Was delivered the next week and assembled by very willing and helpful guys. “Was very pleased with the customer service I received when shopping for a settee at your premises. I did have in mind what I was out for as I had seen the 2 seater electric recliner in a sale leaflet and was delighted that it was in stock so did not have months of waiting for it which was a big bonus for me.I also enquired about a chair and footstool which was in your online sale clearance and your staff was very helpfull but missed it as it had been purchased a few days before.”

“Ordered a kitchen table and chairs and the assistant was excellent in guiding us to the size required. The order was delivered when expected. The delivery men were very good in assembling and talked us through how it went together if we needed to take apart. Overall we are very happy.”

We have always found an excellent selection of stock, good prices and really helpful and friendly staff. It's always a nice treat to spend time in the restaurant for a lovely lunch or coffee before going home.”
