“I was pleased to find this as I had thought it was unavailable from the manufacturer. However the packaging had come unstuck and delivery was slow.”

“We are very disappointed that our order of furniture from the Maddison range has not as yet been completely fulfilled. The order was placed on the 16th of July. On chasing up the order we were informed that only part of the order was available for delivery as the bookcase had been missed of the consignment. We insisted that the available furniture was delivered immediately as we had sold our other pieces. The bookcase, as of today 13th November has still not been delivered with no communication as to a delivery date.”
