“The staff at the store were friendly and full of knowledge, the Item arrived quicker than expected, the delivery was seamless and the delivery guys were fantastic even in a blizzard! :-) We would recommend them!”

“Used Anderson’s a number of times but dissatisfied during this purchase. Dining table delivered was the wrong size and coffee table was delivered damaged. Compensation offered for coffee table as a new one was unavailable and still awaiting delivery of the correct dining table 9 weeks later.”

“Excellent service at every stage of our purchase. The sales team was really helpful and let us have various samples to take home to see them in situ. The carpet fitters did a fantastic job, helped to move furniture and took away the old flooring. Everything was done with the greatest care an attention to detail. We cannot recommend Anderson's highly enough.”

However, I was very disappointed at the lead time, which was months and was pushed out from the original date. I’m happy with both curtains and the fitter was brilliant but was generally really disappointed at the wait given how much the curtains cost.”

“We are very pleased with our Ercol dining table and chairs we bought in the warehouse sale. The delivery staff from Andersons took great care when they brought the furniture in and they made sure they did not damage the furniture or the house. One of the Ercol badges was missing from one of the chair. I mentioned this to a member of staff at Andersons. She kindly phoned Ercol and they posted a new badge to me within a few days. I thought that was very helpful.”

“Ordered flooring for our new self build house and couldn't have had better service. Engineered wood for one area. Laminate for a couple of small rooms, and carpet for 4 rooms and a staircase/landing. Really good selection , we managed to get everything ordered on our first visit ( which was also our first port of call ) so brilliant in terms of saving us time. We were able to order this 8 months in advance at sale prices which took a weight of our minds when we had so much more to organise with the new build. When it came to fitting, we were able to fit different areas into different weeks to fit in perfectly with the build. Both Richard who helped us with our order, and the father and son fitters did an absolutely first class job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new floor coverings.”

“Bought bedroom furniture from you which was marked in various places, after inspection it was arranged for someone to come and touch up the marks but unfortunately he left some of the marks on the edge of one of the bedside cabinets. Just got fed up and left it. Your staff in the shop were very helpful at the time of purchase.”
