“Good company to deal with. But not very pleased with the suite supplied from Parker knolls After spending £3,300to find a fault with footrest not working on sofa and now have to wait approximately a month for a replacement base to be supplied and fitted. I expected better from Parker knolls.not even a sorry from them.”

“Saw an ex display 2 and 3 seater sofa set, close to what we had in mind, Staff assisted with measurements, we went home to check how the measurements worked for us. Retuned to the showroom and purchased them. That was a Sunday. Delivery Tuesday. Can’t fault the excellent service.”

“Unfortunately our order was completely wrong . We waited for it sofa for 16 weeks then when it was delivered it’s was different sofa so then had to wait another 12 weeks for replacement. Now sofa is correct it’s lovely”
