“Excellent sales team , efficient service but the fitting of carpets purchased not the best , edges not fitted properly and gap on stairway which was not the service expected from such a reputable company , would not have carpets fitted by them again , for the price I paid poor fitting and disappointed customer”

“We had new flooring installed. The quote process worked well - discussions with both the person who did the survey of the house and the salesperson were very helpful and ensured that we got the correct type of flooring for our purposes. The fitters were courteous, worked to time, and produced an excellent finish. We were delighted with the work - which was no surprise as this is what we expected from Andersons!”

“I like Andersons in Inverurie, but not their high-priced HIMOLA products. We bought 2 for £5000, and an order was placed for them to be made in Germany. After about 4 years, we have had major problems - 3 times requiring repair. Twice having nearly all the mechanisms replaced. They look very good, and when working, are fine, but the mechanisms are not fit for purpose.”
